Stage 2 is a three-day workshop with your innovation team to generate, develop and prioritise transformational ideas.

Stage 3.
ACCELERATE CHANGE WITH RAPID IDEA VALIDATION
Stage 3 is an agile development phase with your innovation and product teams to gauge user interest, explore commercial viability and reduce risks.
You’ll select the best ideas from Stage 2 and put them through fast prototype test-and-learn methods to validate new concepts, flesh out development directions, define potential revenue streams, build business plans and generate go-to-market options.

He spearheaded SharkNinja’s entry into the coveted DACH region as its MD and drove successful brand and product launches for consumer durables businesses, including Groupe SEB, Dunlop Slazenger International, Black & Decker and Oakley. He also earned an Executive MBA from IMD, Europe’s top management school.
